Hemat Natha

Hemat is the founder and director of Mortgage Advice Point, with 16 years of financial services experience.
He spent 10 years as a bank manager, where he was recognised as a great leader and developer of his people.
After qualifying as a Mortgage Adviser in 2011, he worked as a mortgage broker for an estate agency before setting up Mortgage Advice Point in 2014.
Hemat’s passion is serving people, and he loves to go the extra mile. He relishes a challenge, and clients value his positivity, with his mantra of ‘Keep the faith – the magic will happen’.
Hemat has made that magic happen time and time again, and his greatest satisfaction is the ‘thank you’s he gets as a result.
Hemat loves to watch sports in his spare time and show off his “slick” dance moves to his young daughters. Fun fact: Hemat sang a song to his wife at his wedding – ask him when you meet him.
Rejane Denis

We call Rejane the ‘backbone’ of Mortgage Advice Point – as our administrator, she supports the advisors so they can spend their time with clients.
She’s ‘behind the scenes’, managing documents, chasing solicitors and banks, and ensuring clear communication with everyone involved in the process.
There’s a lot to stay on top of in our business, and Rejane’s the one who makes sure it all runs smoothly. Rejane is a qualified legal secretary who worked as a paralegal in a solicitor’s firm assisting with property conveyancing. She’s quick, efficient, sees the job through to the end, and most importantly, she keeps our clients updated.
She has a passion for getting things done and has been instrumental in the Mortgage Advice Point Journey to date. Fun Fact: You might want to get in line quick for an autograph.

Some people describe Lucica as a jack of all trades. From being a child educator to market researching, owning her own health business and then owning a coffee shop, she has found her true passion.

Before Mortgage Advice Point, Iulia worked in customer service for insurance. Serving and caring for her customer has become her passion.
Iulia joined Mortgage Advice Point last year and has gone from strength to strength. In her role, she has helped create efficiencies in our process and is part of the support team here to provide a seamless service. She takes pride in everything that she does.
Fun Find: She studied Art in college and loves doing Arts & Crafts during her free time. She recently adopted a new family member, Toby, a young cat the whole family adores.
Chetan Natha

He’s smart. He’s efficient; He gets the job done. Chetan assists our advisers and looks after existing clients when products come up for renewal.
Chetan wasn’t always in mortgages – he’s had a wealth of experience in an eclectic range of roles – including being a director of a tea company in Thailand, selling flooring and working for a bank offering financial products.
He’s spent time arranging second-charge mortgages and has also grown his property portfolio.
Chetan’s wide range of experience, his passion for property, and his love of helping people have come together in a desire to arrange mortgages and pass on his experience to our clients.
Clients are at the heart of everything Chetan does – and he loves finding them the best solution. Fun fact: Chetan speaks fluent Thai, handy when bartering on holiday.
Anita Natha

Anita has experience in IT and is a project manager; previous to her Mortgage Advice Point role, she spent eight years working in education.
Her focus is on looking at how Mortgage Advice Point can harness technology and refine processes. At Mortgage Advice Point, we’re all about efficiency and streamlining.
Working on various projects with different skill sets and meeting challenging deadlines means that Anita has incredible attention to detail.
Her attention to detail is also handy when she is producing creative material. Outside of work, Anita loves creative hobbies such as Origami.
She has also found Yoga helps focus her mind. Fun fact: Anita loves Bollywood dancing and would love to get into a professional group one day.
